1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup regular saugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 -8 -9 inch pan pie crust
1/2 cup evaporated milk

I bake my sweet potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size.

Let sweet potato pies bake for 30 to 45 minutes on 350 cool for 1 hour before serving..
