Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and add 3 tablespoons of the Lisas Seasoning Mix* and the hot sauce, massage the seasoning into the chicken.

Place 1 cup flour in a large brown bag; add chicken, a few pieces at a time.

Remove the chicken from the bag and shake off excess flour.

Heat the oil to 350 F in a deep pot or deep fryer.

Do not fill the pot more than 1/2 full with oil.

Fry the chicken in the oil until brown and crisp.

Dark meat takes longer than white meat.

It should take dark meat about 13 to 14 minutes, white meat around 8 to 10 minutes.
