sour cream tater tot casserole

   preheat oven to 350

   brown meat...add chopped onion and garlic if u choose to add this..also add pepper and other seasonings at this time

   in casserole dish, combine milk, soup, sour cream, and vegetables

   add cooked meat and stir

   sprinkle cheese on top

   cover with tater tots and cooked uncovered for 30 minutes
