Sour Cream Cookies

   Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and sour cream with soda. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together, then add vanilla.

   Mix well.

   Chill dough well (overnight).

   Then roll and use cookie cutter to cut.

   Sprinkle with sugar.

   Bake at 325u00b0 until golden brown (about 10 minutes).

   I sometimes ice with chocolate icing.
