1 clove garlic
6 tortillas (flour or possibly corn)
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
6 Ortega whole chilies
1/2 pound Jack cheese
1 pt. lowfat sour cream

Brown onions and garlic.

Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.

Lightly fry tortillas in oil - till soft only.

Arrange strips of cheese in peppers then roll in tortilla.

Line rolled tortillas in 8 inch square pan.
