Sour Cream Chile Bake Recipe

   In skillet, brown grnd beef; drain off fat.

   Stir in liquid removed beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 c. shredded cheese and instant chopped onion.

   Set aside 1 c. corn chips; coarsely crush remaining chips.

   Stir crushed chips into meat mix.

   Turn into a 1 1/2 qt casserole.

   Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30 min.

   Spoon lowfat sour cream atop casserole; sprinkle with the 1/2 c. cheese.

   Sprinkle reserved chips around edge of casserole.

   Bake uncovered for 2 to 3 min.
