Sour Cream Chicken

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Grease a 13x9-inch pan.

   Pound chicken to approximately 1/2-inch thickness with a heavy mallet.

   Dry with paper towels.

   Set up your stations: Put the sour cream in one plate Mix up the crushed crackers and shredded cheese and put this mixture on one plate

   Coat the chicken with sour cream, then roll in the cracker/cheese mixture.

   Place in the pan.

   Once all pieces are placed, drizzle melted butter over the top (this gives the chicken a nice crispy crunch).

   Bake until golden brown, approximately 40-50 minutes.
