1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
2 Large eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. finely minced pecans
8 ounce. lowfat sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease cookie sheets.

In a 3 qt mixer bowl combine all cookie ingredients except lowfat sour cream and pecans.

Beat at low speed 2-3 min cleaning sides of bowl often till well mixed.

Stir in lowfat sour cream and pecans.

Drop by rounded tsp.

2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

Bake 8-12 min or possibly till edges are lightly browned.

Cold and spread with Brown Butter Frosting.

Frosting; In saucepan heat butter over medium heat, stirring constantly till butter is golden (3-5 min).

Add in remaining ingredients and stir till smooth.
