   Brown ground beef in skillet and add taco seasoning.

   Fix appropriate number of servings of rice.

   Cut lettuce and tomato into small pieces.

   Cut cheese into cubes and place in microwavable bowl.

   Add Ro-Tel tomatoes to cheese and melt in microwave.

   Then layer ingredients (rice, meat, Fritos, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese mixture, sour cream and any other toppings you prefer) on plate and serve.
