Soft Sugar Cookies With Sour Cream

   In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg; add to the creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Divide dough in half.
