Ingredients: 2 medium-size snakehead fish, cut to taste; 1 bunch waterspinach, cut then boil; 200 gr flour; 25 gr breadcrumbs; 2 thumb turmeric, pureed; 1 thumb size piece ginger, pureed; 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 1 tsp coriander powder; 1/4 tsp ground pepper; to taste Sugar and salt; 10 cayenne chilis; 5 red chillis; 5 onion; 2 cloves garlic; 1 tomato

2 medium-size snakehead fish, cut to taste
1 bunch waterspinach, cut then boil
200 gr flour
25 gr breadcrumbs
2 thumb turmeric, pureed
1 thumb size piece ginger, pureed

1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
to taste Sugar and salt
10 cayenne chilis
5 red chillis
5 onion
2 cloves garlic

Mix flour and bread crumbs in a bowl.

Add the garlic, coriander, turmeric, ginger, pepper, sugar and salt.

Stir well, add enough water.

Insert pieces of fish in a solution of flour and fry until cooked.

Remove and drain.

Blend all the sauce ingredients and stir-fry a moment.

Set aside.

Serve fish fry along with spinach and chilli.
