3. Process turbinado sugar in the food processor until it forms into a powder.

5. Add the cacao powder and non-fat dry milk to the bowl and stir to combine.

6. Return mix to the food processor and pulse until ingredients are well combined and it becomes a fine powder.

8. Mix 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of the powdered mix into 8 ounces of hot milk (dairy or non-dairy). Adjust the powdered mix to your taste.
