Smoky Salmon Spread Recipe

   Drain salmon, reserving 2 tsp.

   salmon liquid; flake.

   Combine cream cheese, liquid smoke flavoring and salmon liquid; blend thoroughly.

   Stir in green onion, then mix in salmon.

   Chill at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight to blend flavors.

   Serve as a spread with crackers or possibly bagels.

   Note: recipe may be doubled using 2 cans (7 3/4 ounce.

   each) salmon or possibly 1 can (15 1/2 ounce.)

    If you like, refrigerate2 to 3 hrs or possibly till hard.
