2 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
2 eggs
1 tbsp miss dash salt free seasoning blend
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried crushed oregano
1 tsp dried crushed sweet basil
2 slices bread
2 tbsp milk or red wine

Set up your grill for Indirect Heat

Soak the bread in milk (or wine) until the bread completely dissolve.

Then mix all the remaining ingredients well, and place in a baking pan.

Place over the drip pan on the grill and add wet Hickory wood chips.

Cook at 350F for about 30 minutes, (until you have an internal temperature of 180F) you can add a layer of cheese the last few minutes of cooking.
