Smoked Gouda Scones

   Heat oven to 375F.

   Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

   Add half & half and eggs; stir just until moistened.

   Gently stir in cheese.

   Roll dough into 10-inch circle on lightly floured surface.

   Place onto greased baking sheet; cut into 8 wedges.

   Bake 18-20 minutes or until scones are golden brown.
