Smoked Fish Deviled Eggs

   Hard cook, peel, half and pull out the centeres of the eggs.

   In a bowl mix half the yolks, the smoked fish (juices as well), crean cheese, hot sauce, and s+p.

   Mix very well.

   You could mix in a food processor too.

   Taste the mix and make sure it is to your satisfaction :).

   Fill each egg white half with mixture and top with a dab of caviar.

   I do not add salt as the caviar adds enough of it!

   They are best very chilled.
