Smoked Brisket Recipe

   Take brisket and open where it is slices, rub celery salt, garlic pwdr, and black pwdr (pepper) inside brisket.

   Pour a small amount of the liquid smoke and steak sauce inside.

   Roll brisket and stand on end in crock pot.

   Pour the remaining liquid over the meat, rinse you c. with 1/4 water and pour this over the meat also.

   Cook on high for approximately 1 hour, then turn to low for 5-6 hrs depending on the size of brisket.
