Small Sweet Potato Bites

   Steam the sweet potato (microwave or boil, either is OK).

   Smash the steamed sweet potato.

   Add the butter, granulated sugar, heavy cream, condensed milk, and egg yolk and mix well.

   Then add the vanilla extract.

   If you're making the black sesame and plain version, first put half of the plain portion in a pastry bag.

   Add black sesame to the remaining half.

   Squeeze on a baking sheet and bake at 200C for 20 minutes.

   Please adjust the time according to your microwave.

   And they're complete.

    The plain version is in the forefront (3 to 4 cm in diameter).

    And here's the black sesame (3 to 4 cm in diameter).

    These are a little big (diameter of 5 cm).

    I made them with orange yams too.
