Slush Dessert

   Pat nuts, flour and butter into 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350u00b0 for 10 minutes.

   Mix cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together until smooth.

   In a separate bowl, mix instant pudding with milk.

   Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.

   Cover with layer of Cool Whip.
