   Cook 1 cup elbow macaroni.

   While that cooks, brown ground meat and drain.

   In large pot, place ground meat and cook onion in ground meat until transparent.

   Add green pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mixed vegetables.

   When cooking, make sure it is on simmer and stir often.

   Add macaroni when finished and drained.

   Stir until well mixed and add salt and pepper. Serve hot with fresh loaf of bread and salad.
