At medium to medium high heat brown the meat with the onions, green pepper, and garlic.

Drain off the fat.

Pour in tomato sauce, chipotle sauce (this stuff maybe too hot for some people, if you DO NOT like spicy foods use less or don't use it at all-- start with a small amount and add more according to taste), cumin powder and grated cheese.

Stir until cheese is completely melted.

Allow sauce to thicken.

Reduce heat to low and stir in salt and pepper if desired.

You may now add olives or chiles if you desire.

Put thickened meat mixture on hamburger buns-- OR if you can find the little bollo or bonito (can't remember the name) rolls at your grocery store use those if you like.
