Sleeping Cookies

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

   Beat egg whites at high speed until frothy.

   Add salt while continuing to beat.

   Add sugar a little bit at a time. Add vanilla while still beating.

   Fold in the chocolate chips.

   Heavily grease cookie sheets.

   Put on the cookie sheets in heaping spoonfuls.

   Put in the oven and turn it off immediately.

   Cook at least 3 hours and preferably all night.
