   reconstitute tomatoes and dime sized chili piece in 1/2 c water heated in microwave for 1 minute, then rested for five before removing from microwave.

   Put mayo in med.

   Bowl.

   Drain tomato mix and add to mayo

   Take stick blender and emulsify.

   Could also do this in regular blender or food processor.

   Use this instead of mayo.

   Goes very well with rye bread, prosciutto, cucumber and feta.
