Name: Skillet Macaroni And Beef

Ingredients: 1/3 c. cooking oil; 1 lb. ground beef; 1/2 c. chopped onion; 1 clove garlic, minced; 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni; 1 c. slivered green pepper; 1/2 c. sliced celery; 1 c. frozen green beans, thawed enough to measure; 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes; 2 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 c. slivered black olives

Cook macaroni; drain.

Heat oil in large, heavy skillet or wok. Add beef; cook and stir until lightly browned.

Add onion, garlic, green pepper, celery, beans, tomatoes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.

Add macaroni.

Bring to a boil, turn down heat.

Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.

Stir often. Add a little water, if necessary to keep from sticking.

Stir in olives and serve.
