Ingredients: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1 tsp seasonal salt; 1 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp thyme; 1 tsp parsley flakes; 1 pinch of salt and pepper; 4 boneless skinless chicken breast; 1 medium red and green bellpepper; 1 medium onion; 3 tbsp olive oil

Servings: persons

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp seasonal salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 pinch of salt and pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 medium red and green bellpepper
1 medium onion
3 tbsp olive oil

Slice bell peppers and onions into strips and set aside.

Add 1tbsp of olive oil into a cast iron skillet and heat until it begins to sizzle.

Add bell peppers, onions and a pinch of salt and pepper and stir until softened.Remove from pan and set aside.

Place seasonal salt,garlic powder, thyme, black pepper,and parsley flakes into a medium bowl and mix together, add chicken and toss.

Add remaining 2tbsp of olive oil to skillet and then add chicken, cook 5min on both sides or until desired doneness.

Add bell pepper and onion mixture back into the skillet and cook an additional 5min.

Add the shredded cheese and let melt and sizzle.
