2 1/2-3 lb broiler fryers cut up
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic minced
2 medium tomatoes sliced
1 medium onions thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon patis
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
5 cups water
5-6 pieces tamarind
1 medium radishes icicle, cut in pieces
1/2 pound mustard greens or water cress
3 each scallions, spring or green onions

Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in hot oil in big saucepan.

Add chicken and cook stirring for 10 minutes or until chicken colors slightly.

Add salt, pepper, patis, tamarind powder and 5 cups water.

Cover simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Add radish and cook for 5 minutes.

Add mustasa, cover and remove heat.

Correct seasoning.
