Simple Squid Yakisoba Stir-Fried Noodles Oyster Sauce

   Cut the squid into thin rings and mince the garlic and ginger.

   Chop the scallion.

   Poke the bags of the noodles and make 2-3 holes and microwave for 3 minutes.

   Heat about 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and add the garlic, ginger and scallions.

   Then add the squid and cook.

   Add the warm noodles, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of sake and combine with the squid.

   Season with oyster sauce and mirin.

   Done.
