First chop the Onions to small pieces.

Heat the Oil in a pan till it just starts to smoke. Then add the Onions and saute for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and continue to Saute for another 3-4 minutes.

Now add the salt, Spice mix, Asafoetida to the pan and continue to saute for another 3-4 minute. Note that if you are using green peppers now is the time to add them.

Now add the chilli powder to the pan and mix in the pan. Then add 2 cups of water and let boil.

Now add the cleaned beans and continue to fry for another 5 minutes. As soon as the consitenct thickens remove from the stove.

A simple Beans Curry is good to eat. Adjust the chilli according to your preference. Serve hot with Rice or with Indian Bread.
