Ingredients: 12 clove garlic,peeled and crushed; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp melted butter; 1 small onion, chopped; 15 ml rose wine; 1 liter good vegetables stock; 100 grams mushrooms chopped; 175 grams canned lentils (I use puy); 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped; 1 pinch cayenne pepper; 4 slice bread for croutons; 3 tbsp plain flour

Servings: persons

12 clove garlic,peeled and crushed

1 pinch cayenne pepper
4 slice bread for croutons
3 tbsp plain flour

Crush the garlic and chop onion finely, melt butter and genfly cook until soft do not brown.

Add flour and cook for two minutes over low heat stir in the wine and the stock.
