1. preheat oven to 350F

2. On the stove top, heat olive oil at medium heat in large frying pan

3. Add garlic, salt and pepper to oil. Remove garlic bits from oil once they turn brown.

4. Add parsley to oil and simmer for 1 min. Stir in shrimp and half of cheese.

5. Slowly mix in the wine and rest of the cheese. Cook on Med-Low heat for 10-15 minutes constantly stirring. Sauce should be very liquidy.

6. Place sauce in covered dish and put in oven. Make sure to keep the liquid with the shrimp.

7. Start to boil the water and cook linguini until al dente.

8. Strain pasta and remove sauce from oven.

9. Pour sauce over pasta in a large bowl and mix well. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese before serving if desired.
