Boil water for pasta in a covered pot. Clean scallions and cut into thirds. With food processor running, put fresh thyme and scallions through feed tube and chop.

Add feta and cottage cheese to processor bowl, and process to make a creamy sauce.

When pasta water boils, add shrimp and cook one to two minutes, depending on size of shrimp. Wash tomatoes and coarsely chop. Combine with sauce in serving bowl. Season with pepper.

When shrimp are cooked, remove from water with a slotted spoon. Keep water at a simmer in the pot. Combine shrimp with cheese sauce.

Return water to a hard boil and cook pasta one to two minutes. Drain and stir into sauce.
