Shrimp Scampi With Angel Hair Pasta

   In large saucepan boil water for pasta.

   In separate saucepan boil shrimp briefly until color changes and drain.

   In broiling pan or shallow baking dish combine olive oil, butter, lemon juice, wine, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.

   Mix well.

   Add shrimp and coat with mixture.

   Place shrimp in single layer in broiling pan and top with bread crumbs and parsley.

   Pour some of oil/butter mixture over bread crumbs to moisten.

   Broil for approximately 5 minutes or until bread crumb topping browns.

   Cook pasta and drain. Serve shrimp over pasta and top with grated Parmesan.

    Spoon on remaining oil/butter mixture.
