   In bowl, stir flour, baking pwdr, sugar, and salt.

   Make well in the center.

   In one c. measurer, add in egg, butter, and fill remainder with lowfat milk.

   Pour this into flour mix and mix well.

   Spray 8 x 8 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
