Ingredients: 1 can 6oz Tomato Paste; 32 oz Beef broth; 1 each large onion; 2 cup chopped celery; 2 cup chopped carrots; 1 tbsp salt; 1 tsp pepper; 1/2 tbsp paprika; 1/2 cup flour; 1/4 cup oil; 5 lb Beef Short Ribs

1 can 6oz Tomato Paste
32 oz Beef broth
1 each large onion
2 cup chopped celery
2 cup chopped carrots
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
5 lb Beef Short Ribs

Combine salt, pepper, paprika and flour

Trim, rinse and dry beef

Coat the beef with all of the flour mixture

Add oil to skillet and heat to 400F Fahrenheit

Brown the beef short ribs on all sides and remove from pan

Chop onion and saute in remaining oil.

Combine beef stock, tomato paste, carrots and celery in pan
