1 Grated mozzarella cheese
1 can Canned tuna
1/4 Spring onion
5 leaves Shiso leaves
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 dash Soy sauce
1 pinch Sugar
1 Mayonnaise

Place the eggs in hot water for about 10 minutes and turn on the heat.

Cut the onion in half and thinly slice.

Finely chop 1 shiso leaf.

In a bowl, combine the roughly chopped shiso leaves and the ingredients.
