Shipwreck Casserole

   Peel and slice potatoes and onion.

   Then you layer raw ground beef, sliced potatoes, slices of onion, the mushroom soup, not condensed, salt and pepper.

   Layer until all of the ingredients are used.

   Cover and bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes or potatoes are fork-tender.
