¼ cup butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup flour
3 cups beef broth
6 ounces tomato paste
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
5 cups mashed potatoes
