Sharla'S Mom'S Chocolate Cake

   In a large saucepan, cook pudding mix and milk until thickened.

   Remove from heat and add cake mix.

   Mix thoroughly. Place mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

   Scatter chocolate chips across top of cake mixture.

   Add nuts, too, if so desired.
