In a large saucepan combine water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic, add ribs, turn to coat.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer one hour or until tender, turning occasionally.

With slotted spoon, remove ribs to platter and set aside.

Add honey and sesame oil to cooking liquid, bring to a boil and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is reduced to 1 cup.

Cook ribs on lightly greased grill, over hot coals or on high, turning and basting with sauce for 10 to 15 minutes until glazed and brown.

Transfer to serving platter.

Meanwhile in a small skillet toast sesame seeds over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes until golden.

Sprinkle over ribs.
