4 tsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, breasts)

Roast sesame seed in dry skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.

Stir or shake to prevent burning.

Place seeds in bowl and add rest of ingredients.

Marinate chicken in mixture 30 minutes.
