Cut chicken into cubes.

Pour olive oil and sesame oil into a skillet over medium high heat.

Add chicken and brown it.

Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and vinegar in a bowl and stir to mix until cornstarch dissolves.

You will add all of the soy sauce and red wine vinegar to the above mixture.
