Serrano Tomatillo Salsa

   In a food processor or blender, pulse the onion, garlic, serrano pepper, salt until coarsely chopped.

   Then add in tomatillo, cherry tomatoes, cilantro.

   Pulse 4 times.

   Then just blend in avocado and lime juice for 2-3 more pulses.

   Serve this over pork , chicken.

   With fajitas or tacos.

   Or just as a dip.

   NOTE, IF YOU WANT LESS HEAT FROM THE SERRANO PEPPERS, REMOVE SEEDS AND RIBS INSIDE PEPPER.

   FOR FULL HEAT, CUT OFF TIP AND USE WHOLE.
