Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large sauce pan heat on medium high heat cooked potatoes until able to break up 4 - 5 minutes, then add the Szechwan vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes with a lid on. Then add the Tuna Helper, hot water, milk, and butter. Simmer covered for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile open bread sticks up and take each bread stick, make a loop and place one end through it to make a loose knot. Place on a non-stick cookie sheet. Spray with a butter flavor cooking spray then sprinkle Garlic powder on each one. Bake for 10 -12 minutes or until golden brown.

After the 10 minutes simmering, turn up heat and add lobster chunks that have been cut in half, stir occasionally . Cook for 4 -5 minutes to cook lobster. Platter up and serve with the garlic butter knots. And a crisp salad.
