3 clove Garlic, minced
2 medium Shallots, chopped
1 1/2 cup Vodka
2 cup Chicken stock
2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Sugar
1 packages Cooked mixed seafood, thawed and rinsed
1 Salt, to taste
1 Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Fresh basil, chopped

On medium heat, heat oil.

Saute garlic and shallots.

Add vodka, let reduce to half.

Add tomatoes, sugar and chicken stock.

Bring to boil, add seafood then simmer.

Add cream, simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat.
