In small sauce pan pour carton of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 stick of butter.

As butter melts put in grated parmesan cheese and wisk until cheese and butter are melted.

Put on low to medium heat, this only takes about 5 minutes.

Cook pasta noodles as normal then drain water, put in deep bowl.

In a frying pan melt the other 1/2 stick butter and 2 tbsp of white wine then add chopped garlic and onions and sautee.

Then chop the crab and lobster into small cubes and add to frying pan.

Cook for about 5 minutes then put pasta noodles in same frying pan and pour in the alfredo sauce mixture at the same time.

Keep on medium heat for 4 more minutes.
