In small sauce pan pour quart of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 stick of butter.

As butter melts slowly put in grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until butter and cheese are melted.

Put on low medium heat for about 5 minutes then turn off heat.

Cook pasta noodles as normal, drain water and put in a deep bowl.

In a frying pan melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and 2 tablespoons of white wine then add chopped garlic and onions and saute.

Then chop crab and lobster meat into cubes and add to frying pan.

Cook for about 5 minutes, add pasta to frying pan and pour Alfredo sauce mixture in at the same time.

Keep on medium heat for 4 more minutes.
