7 1/8 tablespoons oil
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 7/16 cups flour
3 medium eggs
1 cup manchego cheese grated, or Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix the basil, parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic together in a food processor or blender and puree. Add the olive oil. Set aside.

Sift the baking powder and flour together.
