Savory herb rub roasted turkey

   Preheat oven to 325f

   Place turkey on rack in roasting pan.

   Brush with oil

   Mix seasoning.

   Sprinkel 1 tbsp of the seasonings inside turkey.

   Spread remaining seasonings over entire surface and under skin of turkey.

   Add 1/2 cup water to pan.

   Cover loosely with heavy-duty foil.

   Roast for 1hour then remove foil.

    Roast 2 to 2 1/2 hours longer or until internal temp reaches 165f (175 in thigh), basting occasionally wih pan juices.

    Remove from oven and let stand 20 min.
