1 can mushrooms
2 c. sliced onions
1 c. diced celery
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives

Brown in shortening; sprinkle remaining flour mixture over meat.
