Savory Grilled Potatoes(Yields 6 Servings)

   Thinly slice 4 medium potatoes in greased baking dish or pan. Arrange layers of potatoes and flour, onion slices or grated onion.

   Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper and dot with butter. Heat milk to scalding and pour over potatoes to barely cover. Bake about 30 to 40 minutes at 375u00b0 (covered), then add thickening of flour and milk that is well blended.

   Let bake another 10 to 20 minutes, uncovered, until top is brown and potatoes are tender.
